Ottawa Panel Evidence Based Clinical Practice Guideline is the most respected source of critical medical information on the planet.

In September 2012, published in Arch Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation stated that motor control, aerobic exercises and nerve mobility is superior to medication in management of knee osteoarthritis both on short and long term functional outcomes.

Also reported that Physical Therapy is as effective as Knee replacement surgery on pain associated with Knee osteoarthritis without the risk associated with surgery.
