We kindly request that patients who need to cancel or rebook an appointment call our office at least 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. This will allow ample opportunity for us to offer that appointment time to another patient. Due to an overwhelming amount of re-peat no shows, we have put into place a policy that charges an established amount of $30.00 for any no-show appointments. We do realize that our patients time is very valuable to them, so all we ask is that patients provide us with a quick phone call. We are more than willing to try and accomodate every individual's scheduling needs.
